Orbea 2021 speed sensor magnet on 6-bolt adapter?

So as I've learned Orbea is now using a "proper" rotor magnet in 2021 instead of the ridiculous spoke magnet: MAGNET BOSCH SENSOR CENTERLOCK — Orbea

Has anybody tried using this magnet on a centerlock to 6-bolt adapter? It looks like it would clamp right on so long as you have the kind of adapter that has the outer grooves like Shimano does, but it would be nice to confirm it from someone's experience before I start spending money on experiments.

I never got the agro around spoke magnets. They're small, cheap and easy to replace plus you have more options of rotors to choose from. I've never lost one or had an issue with a sensor. I keep a spare in my bumbag along with a mech hanger and quick links.

My new bike has a rotor mounted one and all I can think of is how it'll be a bitch to repair if I ruin a rotor.
