Greetings from Northern California, everyone! Forum newbie, here. I’m a long-time gravity-oriented rider who made the mistake of buying my wife a ’21 Giant Trance X E+ 0 Pro in December. I borrowed it twice and promptly ordered a Commencal Meta Power 29 Ohlins for myself! That is supposed to become available in June, so hopefully it won’t be delayed. Despite it being a size too small, I am putting as many miles on my wife’s bike as she is! =)
Since I’m new to this side of the sport, please level with me. Are your no-assist bikes collecting dust, or do you still ride them? I can’t imagine giving up my regular bike, but I have met several people that have done just that.
