Unanswered No lockout on Suntour XCM SR coil

Just received new Cube Access Hybrid 500 but the Suntour forks have preload dials on both sides. I thought one of them was supposed to be a lockout? Why do they both say preload?
What ever I do they just seems to turn round and round and don’t lock out the suspension. Any suggestions?
