Thanks for letting me join. I have been watching from a distance for a little while & cant wait to Buy an ebike.
I have always loved Specialized bikes & had numerous over the years. I’ve made my mind up on a Levo based on the amazing videos from Rob on YouTube.
I have a bit of a dilemma though...should I look at a base level 2019 & Buy new or look secondhand & get an upgrade, something like a 2018 expert.
I test rode a 2019 comp carbon the other week at Leisure Lakes in Derby (my first go on an ebike) & I was hooked, I’m just not sure I can bring myself to spend £6k on a bike & I know it sounds stupid but I love the look of the matt black.
Where would you spend your money, latest shape or better components.
Also how much is reasonable to pay for a 2018 Levo Expert as the second hand prices seem to differ hugely (assume standard bike).
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
