So had this two weeks (not yet ridden )

I've done quite a few changes
Full Ohlins front and rear (170mm and 60mm stroke)
I9 Hydras on Reserve rims
Hope V4 Tech 4's
180mm OneUp Dropper
Enve M7 bar and stem
Looking forward to the first ride.

I've come from various ebikes (Kenevo / Rise / Bullit / Crafty) so will give you my thoughts

I've been running the Ohlins for a while now on other bikes.
I've ran ZEB's / 38s and EXT's

I prefer the Ohlins hands-down. More mid Stoke support and overall feel from the tyre.
Excellent fork.
I prefer the 36mm stanchions as it gives me a better feel on the limit

You do have to set the two Chambers which does take a few rides. Once done they don't need much - click here click there depending on terrain.
