It's certainly better looking than their last monstrosity!

I wonder how many other, previously Bosch motored bikes, will we see with Shimano motors for 2019?

I talked to Cannondale about this one, hopefully I'll get to test one as soon as it arrives here. The Cannondale rep didn't say much about it, but this bike rises a few questions. The Cujo Neo 130 is a 130mm travel FS with a 67* head angle. Sounds familiar? The Moterra is a 130mm FS with a 67.5* head angle. The Cujo 130 frame is slightly longer and lower, with 17mm shorter chain stays, in other words the geo is more up to date. I can't see why Cannondale would keep both models, they're just too similar. Sure, by keeping both they'll satisfy the Bosch-fans. But, allthough the Moterra geo is quite good, especially when it arrived a few years ago, the bike is getting old. I think the entire Moterra line up will disappear. A few could possibly remain as entry level bikes, just like Cube and Haibike have done. So, the Cujo 130 looks good, but I'm expecting a Cujo 160 (150?) before next season. Cannondale worked hard to get a good geo on the Moterra, it makes sense for them to switch to Shimano and keep pushing the geo (and improve that LT BB-drop and tyre clearance). The only thing I find strange is that it didn't happen sooner.

Cannondale already switched to the Shimano motor on their E-MTB Hardtail this year, so wouldn't be surprised to see the monster disappear from the lineup

I couldnt resist the current Rutland Cycles discounts on the Moterra Monstrosity and my size in stock - nuff said!

Monstrosity - I think thats what I will name mine as, prefixed "The Yellow... "

Looking at these bikes I think I would still go for the LT model but I would agree that the 130 Moterra might get archived!
