Levo Gen 3 New bike will not turn on

So I bought a new turbo level comp while out of town on vacation. The dealer supposedly did any updates before I picked it up. I never road it there because I was going to change most of the parts and brought it home. So when get home I fully charge the battery but it will not turn on, what am I missing?

I removed the TCU and tried to charge the TCU battery and the screen lit up with a message that said "No battery check app" Any ideas?

On my new Turbo Levo the charge door and outside door needs to be closed and latched. Betcha that’s it

Tried both open and closed still no luck...
