I must admit I thought about one for my bike too, as I’m a heating engineer I thought about some thin wall armaflex pipe lagging in 4” diameter and cut it to size and shape to go around my bottle cage, some self adhesive hook and loop in black to hold it in place and it might even look like it was a shop bought one
