My yeti lte does not fit the range extender. It hits the shock. Manual says that size M is ok with the extender.

My yeti lte does not fit the range extender. It hits the shock. Manual says that size M is ok with the extender.

Assuming that is the stock shock, perhaps Yeti have changed the shock without realising that the new shock would hit the extender? Definitely worth sending Yeti a few pics.
 
From Yeti’s FAQ:

“For LTe's spec'ed with Fox Float X shocks the PowerMore is only compatible with sizes M-XL in all shock rate positions. For LTe's spec'ed with Fox Float X2 shocks the Power more is compatible with sizes L-XL in all rate positions; it is possible to configure size Medium to fit utilizing an aftermarket relocation bracket from Wolftooth Components called the B-Rad-2.”
 
As someone aid above, your only way out is with the wooftooth as mentioned above. I used one to get my RE fitted on my Scott.
 
I had a similar problem with a coil shock hitting the bottom of the water bottle which I solved by mounting the water bottle holder just a little higher on the down tube. Perhaps you could in the same way mount the RE a little higher on the down tube so that the shock clears the RE?
