For starters, yes, I did search the forum, but it didn’t help me enough.

I’m looking for a multi tool to carry when riding.
From what I can see, I need there to be 3-8mm hex, T25 torx and chain breaker.

I like the Crankbrothers F15, but there’s no place for an extra chain link. Will I be missing that feature? Could easily put a small zip-lock bag in my rucksack so I’ll still have it with me.

Is there anything else I should consider in a tool?
Tire levers as part of a multi tool or just 2-3 loose ones?
Been looking at my bike, and don’t think I’ll need sockets or regular screwdrivers, and can’t really spot anything else tool-wise..

Topeak Mini 20 Pro Bike Multitool, think it does all that. Have one in my 'indiscreet' top tube frame bag.

I'm with RustyIron on this: EDC Tool

the syncros bottle cage with tool has been perfect for me, has a magnetic holder for the extra links too.

Topeak Hexus, keep it simple. Just secure an extra chain link onto any of your handle bar cables.
