MS2 vs M2 Motor Rattle and other Intangibles

Yes, the base M2 rattled while coasting under the gnar compared back to back with the M2S. I would say it was less than than the Bosch Gen 4 bike I have, so in the scheme of things, the motors performance far outweighed concerns about rattling, though folks sensitivity to it varies. While I assumed the M2S would be rattle-less as a going concern, there are some cases reported where the M2S could start to rattle after a break-in period of about 150-200 miles and this is an open issue as how Avinox intends to handle this from a warranty / recall perspective, as the M2S was designed specifically to address rattling. The M2S is still fairly early in the release cycle, so we don't yet have beat on how prevalent this is or if even Avinox has caught onto this and has addressed it with new motor production runs.

I can't stand the sound of rattle. had an ep8 before and it's so bad. if M2s also rattles then I guess I might have to wait this batch off for now.

the manufacturers want to sell you the max profit so m2s is the way to go but reality and the smart persons spend is very very different, a sales person/company will try and program a "drone" for their profits are you that stereotype ? forgive me for the back in the day pun! lol!

so avinox have introduced a profit/marketing enhancing rattle to the m2 as opposed to the m2s hmmm????? and also introduced within the last month a CVT gearbox from fear of GOBAOS offering! welcome to china where all we do is copy and design we have thousands of our people/drones willing for the cause!!!!! in the west we need to extrapolate from their hard/dronal work for our satisfaction yes?


so then we have the other direction on forums? no real control......we all know this unless its a private respect club/forum the bottom line is there is no control over emtb media marketing in the uk, the companies are selling stuff that isn't actually in stock is this right? they are seling bikes on youtube marketing media, personally i think this marketing model is a failure a complete con if you have been taking in by this then im sorry....false stock promises its not on, a new model comes out you like it pay a deposit or sign a contract then its in your hands within 30 days that is what uk buyers want nothing less
