I will admit that although I have done hours upon hours of reading about MTB geometry and mechanics, this was still a useful video.

I’d say most motorcyclists who have had a formal skills class appreciate the importance of countersteering.
 
Instead of all that complicated apparatus fitted a shitter of a bike that's too big for you. To prove the same point. Simply ride along no handed on your own bike and PUSH one grip forwards (away from you) . Then pay attention to what way the bike tries to turn once you've done so.

He should have had a mtber in his rider sample. When he tells the riders "quick left" and shows the counter steering, a mtber would lean the bike and rotate their body (no counter steer). Veritasium could actually make a second video that it's even more nuanced, because bikes are in fact f---ing complicated. 😂
