Most discreet way of carrying tools and tubes on your bike?

Looking for a discreet way of carrying my tools and spare inner tubes on my bike without having to use a rucksack.
What is your setup?.

Mostly single-track and some downhill.

That’s allot of bulk and weight to have up high on your bike like that.

I have a granite puncture tool in my cranks. Co2 and tube strapped to frame. EDC lite multi tool in headset. Covers me for most rides. If I'm doing something bigger I'll need to carry food anyway, so I'll wear a hip pack.

That’s allot of bulk and weight to have up high on your bike like that.

The bulk and weight is well forward. Out of curiosity I weighed it, pic below. Can you see a better location on my bike, or to reduce weight which of the contents would you remove? (I do not wear a backpack).

Why do you carry 5oz of tubeless sealant and a spare tube?

Could simply be replaced by this

Just seems that you have somethings that are unnecessary unless you were doing some epic all day ride in the middle of nowhere.

No, the weight of 660g is with the full bag on the scale.

That’s how i used to carry my tools but I need the bottle cage for my drink in this hot weather. Nice bike btw. I presume your not in the UK as we can’t have radon shipped here anymore.

This is why I carry multitool, pump, shock pump, spare tubes, co2, tubeless plug kit, a bag of quick links, kendle mint cake and a first aid kit

Occasionally I have to use some of it myself
