Probably the only person here to sit on a large and a ml. I wanted to like it, lovely looking bike. Just sizes are odd

Didn't look for that. I thought my S5 is looong (actually exceeds most car racks max wheel base) 30mm longer may be really too much for me.
An s5 is only 1285mm wheelbase. That'll fit most car racks I've owned
.The s5 stumpy feels long and ungainly because of the very short rear center, very long front center. It's got more to do with being a poorly balanced bike, with a long reach to attempt to compensate for that poor balance, than it does with actually being a long wheelbase.

Incorrect.
I have actually ridden both M/L and Large. Large fits me fine.
Currently riding an S5 Levo and am 187cm (6ft 1.5in)
I watched that second video by Ian Richards last night.
He had altered a couple of settings and was absolutely singing the send it's praises.
But his mate on the Kardo was just as good on the slippery downhill trails. To me he has the wrong bike
I wish I was anywhere near as good as them guys on my crafty.
Personally I think that send it is more suited to steeper chunky stuff that's whey out of my league.

sorry to hack but I'm having this issue with my Crafty. I've seen the diagrams on the WoolfTooth website and indeed the 200 is 12 mm shorter than the One Up V3 - 210 mm . But do they actually go that low ?
On my M/L Crafty I've started with the stock 180, got the 210 mm V3 which with a small stack saddle from Prolongo was still too high then moved back. to a 180 mm V3 One Up that I've raised 3-4 cm but it's still a bit to short. The WoolfTooth Seems the Sweet spot.
The AXS is a bit to tall, a friend has the 175 and it's taller that my One Up 180 raised 35 mm from minimum inserion. A 200 is just to tall for these frames.

Just had a go on a black RR M/L at a local ish bike shop and it was slightly too small for me at my 188cm height as expected but looks amazing in the flesh and felt light for the 23.5kg it weighed.
I'm very tempted by a Large and finally parting with my S4 full fat Kenevo but will see what the bike shop can get hold of and when.
Anyone here got one yet and had any issues. I can see that charge port causing issues as that seems to be in a very vulnerable mud / crap build up place?

For sure it is person and size specific. Just mentioned a few things that might help you eek out some more dropper post length.
I'd be bummed if I couldn't hack my way to getting a 200mm dropper on my modem bike as at only 182cm I've been on 210s for years.
It was a factor in me not going with the newest Crestie for example.

A bit vaseline will prevent water ingress but on the contrary it's a perfect spot for a range extender.
I'm 188 to and going from an S5 to L. Only shame is the freaking charger. 8.5k(10 even) to get the 4A is just greedy.

I'm pretty keen on the base model and then add my suspension and brakes but those stock wheels seem way under speced.

I don't think so. Max seat post insertion for medium is 220mm. A 180mm Oneup V3 post slammed would require 267mm.

Yesterday I had a very fine testride M/L fits perfect (1.83m) I Like the podium (but my 9.1 I like a little bit more) Unno mith with Push or Zendit with Fox? Not an easy desission?
The Mith is a stunning bike, I owned one. BUT….. there’s no protection for the motor and all the connections from the fling off the back wheel. The Zendit is far better in this respect albeit it’s a touch heavier because of it.
The Mith whooed every one of us when released but I think now some quirks have been identified that have taken a bit of shine off.
Still, it's a proven fast bike.

I've also heard the Mith is very temperamental in terms of set up and just adding a full water bottle can throw things off noticeably @5Tuey ?
Zendit is the upgrade for me from my trusty old Kenevo if I upgrade this season.
That's actually crazy about the water bottle, if true. The Mith definitely has a temperamental rear suspension design.
I too would have chosen the Zendit, but I'm a bit of a Mondraker whore.
lol! I’m not sure about that. I loved the bike but the design issues with keeping the bike looking so sleek and light left the drive system vulnerable in my opinion. MBR also eluded to it on the Mith vs Megamo video.
I ended up giving mine back as I couldn’t get it working reliably. I’m hoping my Zendit fares better.

I’m not sure what all the bs is about sizing , if your going by the geo chart rather than actual reality/ riding it then the M/L is almost the same as all other Larges ….. with the exception of maybe being slightly longer.
It’s more to do with if you prefer a smaller bike over something larger which is the same decision you need to make on any bike…..
I’m 183cm so always in between sizes but I hate big bike so always choose a large as I want to feel fast and throwable.
I had an XL Amflow for a weekend and didn’t get on with it as it felt so long especially out front (I’m long legged rather than in the body)
So ended up with a large which was fine , slightly small but definitely not cramped and great fun.
I then sold it and got a Forbidden Druid core in an S3 which again was spot and anything bigger would have felt massive so for me if I buy one then it will definitely be the M/L as it’s the closest to the Druid.
Has anyone who’s tried the bike found it easy enough or anymore harder to pull up for jumps or manuals for example ??
Really like the RRS which is basically the same price as the Amflow PX Pro and spec is insane in comparison so as long as it’s still a fun bike when it needs to be for me it’s probably going to be my next bike…..
