Might need some help

My bike has been grounded since february because of a faulty charger. Chainreaction has been handling that terribly,struggling to understand simple logic.

Running out of patience I ordered a new charger but in case it doesn't arrive this Saturday , can I ask anyone in the Wimbledon area to try their charger? My battery is a shimano steps e8000.

Is it the Shimano square plug you are after or the round RoPD?

I’m currently in Tilbury with an RoPD charger. Not on the doorstep I realise but maybe of use.

Your best bet is finding a bike shop that sell Shimano equipped ebikes. I’m sure you would have no trouble getting a charge there.

Thanks à lot, its the square plug version. yes you're right, I am going to pop at Evans with the battery, check that it charges. Cheers
