Marzzocchi Z2 fork on Orbea Urrun no damper adjustment knob but at least I got a sticker with instructions 😁

Hi everyone!

Noticed yesterday that Marzzocchi Z2 fork that came with Orbea Urrun 30 is missing damper adjustment knob.
A friend and I ordered 2 identical ebikes and on mine knob is missing.
Going to complain tomorrow with some other remarks to orbea.

Is it ex demo? Looks like it’s had a rock strike and snapped the adjuster off. Witness marks on the bottom of the fork:

I took a closer look after Dax pointed out to damage on the photo. Now it make sense that knob was broken befofore I got the bike and that's why is missing.
I have a better photo now. Mystery solved.

Here's my friend's Urrun:

And that plastic part where knob is attached is missing on mine.
I'm sure that will be fixed by Orbea.

Also I have same strange cracks on the paint. Around area where battery is located. Cracks aren't visible on daylight.

Most probably it was a demo bike:

Found more worn out parts on Chainring.

Interestingly, local bike shop offered me 2022 model for 200eur discount with same specs.
Now it makes more sense what Dax is saying. I learned my lesson.
Anyways, made my first 25km today and I enjoyed the ride very much..and that's most important.
Mentioned issues aren't critical to have a safe and fun ride. I will take care of that with Orbea in a due time.
