Levo TCU issue

TCU on my 2019 Levo started taking six secs to shut bike down. Specialized Rider Care suggested this may be an issue and asked me to contact my dealer (Rutland Cycles, 2.5 hours away). Their response took me by surprise 'we'll collect the bike, fix it, and then get it back to you ASAP' or, they would 'pay my nearest Specialized dealer to fix it for them'. So, I called my nearest dealer, Dave Melor Cycles in Shrewsbury who said, yeah, no problem, who then phoned Specialized to get the new TCU sent direct to them and they will fit it Friday and update the software. They want £20 to do this and Rutland have agreed to pay this. Pretty good service from all concerned wouldn't you say?

Isn't this a warranty issue which should be 100% covered by Specialized in any Specialized store?
