Levo Gen 2 LEVO POWER DISPLAY

just had the power cable changed on my 2019 Levo Comp and all good until after a ride i turned the bike on and display started up but then went off. Motor was working but no display until i hit the handle bar buttons and then it came on. is the new norm for V3 cable ???? or another fault ???
