Levo Gen 3 Levo Expert 22 rear axle

I was doing some work on my bike and when tightening the rear axle I didn't have the hex bit in properly, as a result it's deformed the outer part of the axle hex head.

I can still tighten and loosen it but would like a replacement if possible as knowing it's like this is annoying me.

Does anyone know the part number or where I can get one?
