Levo Gen 2 Levo battery charging issue

Have a 2018 Levo with a specific issue. According to the app, battery health is shown as 100%. But I don't seem to be able to charge past 90%. Could this be an issue with the charger, maybe not switching to a trickle charge? If I disconnect the charger then reattach, the bike doesn't indicate charging and the green light on the charger remains on. Any suggestions @Specialized Rider Care ? Suspect this might have been going on a while, don't normally use mission control.
