KMC e12 Turbo Chain and Shimano

Anyone have any experience with the e12 chain and the Shimano XT 12 speed setup?

I'm going through M8100 chains at a fast rate and am having a hard time ordering new ones since everything is hard to come by. FYI, I'm not stretching the M8100's, just snapping them. Usually on steep technical climbs after 400 or so miles or less.

I like kmc chains. We're told some of the shimano magic lies in their chains but its no bueno if theyre going to snap. Im not a chain snapper generzlly but i snapped a 12spd shimano chain last week. It hasnt stretched enough to change it. Threw a gold kmc quick link in it. Working no problem so far. As soon as the shimano chain(i think its an slx) hits .5 a gold kmc x12 i have is going on
