Kenevo SL Kenevo SL Water Ingress?

Hello all,

Anyone having problems with there KSL with water ingress? This is my first ebike. I have had problems with charging and turning the TCU on.
It’s at the LBS and they are saying water has got in most likely from cleaning. I don’t doubt them they have been great at getting the bike looked at.
I am however pretty careful at cleaning the bike, no pressure washer. Never upside down. I have put silica grease at the top cables into frame. Not taped the TCU yet, but a bit wary of trapping moisture in?
Local trails are Puddletown so obviously not washing isn’t an option.
Are there any top tips/mods for this model I should be looking at?

Smear some white finish line teflon grease on the internal connection removing the tcu. Then Enjoy your mud

Thanks for the reply, is this around the two connectors onto the TCU in the top tube?
