Wonder if anyone can shed some light on the pros and cons of this setting ?

What do you mean by shed some light on pros and cons? It's just a setting on how mutch peak "power" (and therefore battery consumtion) you allow your motor to output for the different modes.

Ok let me put it another, My bike came set to 80%. Just wonder what the performance benefits are at 100% against battery time .. or do most people leave it at 80%

i run mine at 60% in eco, 80% trail and 100% turbo
assist levels are 30/60/100

yes as long as you have latest firmware and latest mission control
