Anyone had frame issues? I'm very interested in a 6.8 and my lbs (trying to sell me a trek) says they are low quality.

No issues with my frame , well designed, well painted good welding.
Nice compact suspension design, charging point up out of harms way and plenty of room for a water bottle.

The Jam2 is an overall nice trail bike within a good price range.

Guess he's trying to push something he wants to get get rid off.

Would that be the Trek with the old motor?
I've never seen one on the trails and they don't seem to be talked about on here, so i guess that may indicate how popular they are?

They've tried both tbh, I don't want the bosch motor otherwise I might be tempted by the rather generous offer on a 2020 rail 9

No complaints here either, mine has had quite a bit of abuse and is standing up very well.

Same, mine’s been thrashed for a year and no problems whatsoever with the frame (or the motor).

Mine's been down a few mountainsides, sometimes with me a few metres behind it, and seems to be strong as an ox. I doubt german manufacturers would mess around with structural integrity.
