Issue turning on ebike in cold weather

Hi,

Curious if anyone else encounters an issue with turning on their ebike in cold weather. I have a 2020 Devinci AC NX with a Shimano e8000 motor and e8035 battery. On two occasions recently I have been unable to turn on the bike after driving to the trails in colder weather. The green light around the power button flashes but the head unit and motor fail to start.

The bike is always stored in my house and will turn on once brought back into the warmer temperatures. Has anyone encountered this before? Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

Try carrying the battery in your car to the trail head.

Could be condensation from going to a cold place, spray everything electrical with GT-85

Cheers for the responses. Will try both and hopefully that will alleviate the problem...
