In desperate need of brake mount help

So, I'm in the middle of a hardtail build, in which I want to use 203mm rotor up front and 180 in the rear.
However, I've been trying to figure out the mount adapter situation and it's giving me a headache.
There's a third party company I can get the adapters from but they don't come with bolts and washers. So I looked for bolts and washers and I couldn't find them.

So then I looked at Shimano branded ones and whilst I found ones they would work on the Shimano website, looking for them to actually buy has proved an impossible task.

I should mention my frame is 160mm mount.
I have a dvo sapphire 34 D1( I think it's 2020 or 2021 but not sure) save I can find no information whether it's mount is 160 or 180.

Please help

Normally they'd come with the bolts and washers as the bolt lengths and normally relevant to the length of the mounts.

I think I have a box here somewhere with zillions in, but it's buried somewhere.
