I'm back on an emtb. Got myself a 2020 model e150s and I'm in love. I've had a scott e-genius 710 which was great and then changed to an e-zesty. 18months ago I pretty much stopped riding the e-zesty with power and then got it bought back off me by fazua. I'm now loving the e150. I've already increased the fork to 160mm and put on axs shifting and dropper. Loving the bosch motor. Also thinking of going to a zeb? Any reason not too or is it all good?

Its just an idea with the zeb. I upgraded my last pike to pretty much ultimate level but I'm kind of fit and forget type of person, however, the charger 2.1 is fantastic. I upgraded the air shaft at the same time as going to 160mm which id recommend everyone with an older or lower spec rockshox to do. The "power hour" in emtb mode is incredible fun.

I’m a fat biffer and have never found the Yari/Lyrik chassis lacking in stiffness. Charger damper is definitely better than the standard Yari one but if you hadn’t ridden the better one I don’t think you’d feel short changed. Ride it for a while and if you feel the need, the damper upgrade is easy and way cheaper than new forks. 200g lighter as well than going to Zeb.
Enjoy the bike. I’ve the RS version and love it.
