I bought my Giant ebike last year in May . After 3 month I returned the bike as it would not charge. The battery proved to be dead and a replacement

Was fitted. A week later it was returned again and a shim was fitted to the rear hub. 6 weeks ago it was returned again to my local dealer as it would not charge. The dealer replaced all electrical parts and it is still not working. They have since delivered it back to Giant. The bike has covered 136km in total. I want a replacement bike , still waiting on hearing from Giant direct although my local store has been in touch
