My mate is going to take the bike to Berkshire Cycles to be checked out. No rush as it’s going to be awhile before I’m back out. Rear wheel seems to have some lateral movement if you try and move it from side to side but it was doing this before the off. I must admit that red 25 at swinley is easier staying on the bike.

Spartaco dinner ride on Neversink Mtn.

Rear wheel with punctured tire and chipped rim, but thanks to the mousse it slipped and drifted a bit but before stopping 2 of 3 KOM in downhill trail we got out the same!

Obviously then I stopped to repair and inflate, but being the last exit before 3 weeks of work transfer the charge was so much that at the moment I screwed it!

Shat itself doing the donkey at Cannock chase. Seems the xc trails are too Enduro. Let's see what push says...

The crap thing for me is loss of income and down time. Won't be checking Strava to read about the rides I missed.

The photos do not make honor but that trail is a gut has a very friable and loose background and the average slope is around 34% with peaks well over 40.

When it's flat or downhill it generally works. Uphill... I walk and push.

my ride was a reminder that i now run a 800mm handlebar that can be caught on narrow singletrack and cause an OTB!
