How long have you been waiting for motor replacement under warranty

Hello . Im wondering how long you guys have been waiting for motor replacement under warranty . I took my bike to lbs over 4 weeks ago and they dont know how long may it take.My bike is haibike with Yamaha motor

Hey it seems that it doesn’t matter what brand of ebike, warranty or not , it’s going to be a while. I have been looking for a spare Yamaha pw-x2 motor for at least 6 month now.
Woops I see the OP is over a year ago now , update would be nice , how long did it take to finally get yours ?
