Levo Gen 2 How Long did you wait?

Hi all this has probably been asked a thousand times but how long should i expect to wait for parts to turn up at spesh concept stores for warranty work? Motor obviously. i thought they would keep some stock at least being a specialized store.

If it's more than a couple of years, I'd start getting impatient ..

Not sure. I think Berkshire keep stock, but they have to buy them in to do that.

Supply chains are also limited due to Covid and bike sales are up, so service levels will probably be down.

Which concept store?

My concept store is only 8 kms away but I bought my bike from a store 130 kms away as I get much better service.
