How Do You Keep Your Bike Safe?

I try to remember to close the garage door at night.
I don't leave the bike in front of the house for more than an hour.
When going to lunch after a ride with bikes in the back of the truck, I try to park close to the restaurant.
When leaving my bike outside the restroom, I go in and pee quickly.

Many many potta-pottys around here I can take my bike into stall if I have to "sit".

Any non bikers reading this will think twice about buying a Ebike or would they.

One of my friends had his five-year old emtb stolen from him. They knocked him off the bike and rode off while he was still on the ground. He was upset of course, he really loved that bike, suited his lifestyle to a "T". But he ended up laughing. He would have had to sell his old bike for spares to get any money at all for it, but the insuramce company paid him out for a brand new bike (less the amount they always weasel out of). He bought a brand new Amflow withn the proceeds. He can't stop smiling.

That's exactly my thinking - no point putting myself at risk "here you go lads take the bike", phone call when I get home, payout for the original purchase price, buy amflow, laugh my head off
