Levo Gen 2 Hope Fortus 30 and AXS Eagle

Hi all,

im looking for some advice or thoughts on an issue I’m having. Not so long ago I upgraded the standard drivetrain on my 2019 Levo Comp Carbon to Eagle AXS I bought the nx cassette and hope steel Shimano driver as recommended for ebike. The problem is that the cassette keeps getting loose which ends up with the gears skipping and jumping. The first time it happened I went to my local shop who fitted the wheels who said sometimes the hope wheels need a spacer. This fixed the problem but it happened again which resulted in another spacer. Now it’s gone again after about 1 or 2 rides and no more than about 25 miles.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on how to fix?

Where did they fit the spacer? On my wheels with a NX cassette the spacer goes on before the cassette. Then the lock ring holds it all together as normal. Same as fitting XT 11 speed.

I believe that’s where its going. I asked the guy last time where it went.
