I have a rockerider E-ST 900 and I have snapped the display screen off and I can’t seem to find a replacement for it on decathlons website any recommendations as wen I messaged customer service they told me they don’t sell the replacements

I think they normally come with the "Brose Comfort" display :

But some with the "Brose Allround" display :

From the look of your image, you have the second one.

Decathlon normally sell the replacements ones, though often with only a limited number, so they could be out.

Or just search the net for one .. here's a couple of examples :
