What's up?
i buyed few months ago my second ebike.
First one: Specialized turbo levo comp carbon 2018. About 3200km in 14 months. I had problems with rims, engine and battery so i thinked to change before warranty ends!

Actual: Lapierre Overvolt 627i ... actually 700km and big problem with the frame...

Yes, sad news. So many cracked frames. Must be a design error, so take the money and switch to another brand

If they do refund you, you could try thok, they're in your neighbourhood I think.

Kind of reminds me of the Giant Anthem. Several buddies bought them as serious race weapons and every one of them that had the XL ended up cracking the frame where the seat tube meets the top tube. When Phil took his back for the 3rd time Giant had no more XL frames available world-wide so gave him a new Anthem 29er instead.
