Hi all. After riding "proper" mountain bikes since the late 80s here in the UK, not them "cheat bikes", I was truly converted this Summer riding Orbea e-bikes in the mountains of Fuerteventura. I have now just spent a huge amount on a 2022 Cube Stereo 160 Hybrid HPC and am loving it! I still have my gravel bikes etc, with pure human power, but this Cube is something else indeed.

Sorry to hear about your new E-fliction. It may only last a short while but enjoy the new-bike smell for a few rides.

I’ve found that upgrades can help lessen any symptoms and YouTube is simply a black-hole of information. Be careful. Btw, nice bike 👍🏻

Cheers for the advice, appreciate it. I am a Cytech mechanic but e-bikes are a new pastime for me so everyday is a school day at the moment

I’m guessing your story is very similar to a lot of people on here. It certainly matches mine! 👍🏻
