HELP PLEASE! Need the correct crank height for Whyte e160

Hi - can any Whyte e160RS 2020-21 owners please measure the height from the centre of the crank bolt to the floor with the bike upright and no one sitting on it. Mine is sitting very low and I need to know the correct height - thanks a lot

Back home tomorrow and I can measure. Will depend a bit on sag too I guess. How low is yours?

So I needed a new seat stay and Whyte have sent me a different shaped one which has dropped the bike down : I’m at 30.5cm. Every other emtb I ride with is 33-35cm - thanks a lot!

Mine is around 338mm. In the low setting/29er.

I’ve got same bike, 27.5 wheels, and it’s 338mm
