I like the sound of Hope hubs but more important is engagement (I dont like the feel of the pedal falling), I spin the cranks while pedalling for quite, slow pedal gives a nice audible warning to walkers and a wizzing stukka diver bomber of terror when you catch up to you mates on a DH run :D

I recently pre-ordered the new DT Swiss 'Ratchet LN' upgrade kit (specifically, Ratchet LN - Steel Hybrid HG). So basically im converting the hub to a 350. It comes with an ebike specific reinforced ratchet (24t), so my degrees of engagement will be going from 20 to 15.

I've been wanting to do the same thing. Unfortunately those kits aren't available anywhere in the US. I found a site offering pre-order with delivery in May of 2022!!! Have you found a more reasonable supplier??

Not a fan of Hope hubs personally but I would say it makes up at least 80% of my wheel builds. #HopeClickPerverts ;)

they look awesome, I wonder how well they would stand up to Ebike torque? one way rollers are pretty good. ** Edit, the box stealth hub**
