Levo Gen 3 Grinding noise when peddling cranks backwards

Having an issue with my motor where at a standstill rotating the cranks backward you will hear and feel a grinding noise and squeak. Obviously the front sprocket isn’t moving. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I’m thinking it’s the one way clutch bearing that is used when you stop peddling and the sprocket continues to turn for a bit.
