Is it worth having a great dealer thread

I looked at many bikes before settling on current Levo
We all know how robust the Specialized warranty is however, I’ve been left pleasantly surprised by my turn around from LBS

Id highly rate Bike Remedy, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire

Bike ownership of 17 months, three visits for warranty claims with exceptional turnaround
Whilst I’m not naive with the thoughts, that’s what warranty is for!
The warranty doesn’t cover customer service nor experience
They really are first class & customer focused to get you back riding!

Raceco cycles in Stourbridge… I don’t own a Specialized, but these guys bent over to help with my Trek. Even though they don’t sell them, they managed the warranty process for me when most Trek dealers flicked me the bird. They look after all of my mates Specialized superbly and are genuinely great! Rich there is an absolute legend.

Yup totally agree I've had 2 motors replaced on my levo using them with a quick as they can turnaround
