Giant explore syncdrive issue

Hi guys. I have a 4 week old giant explore e +2 the sync drive has stopped working and the Speedo doesn’t read either. I’ve tried the online store I purchased from but it’s like pulling teeth. Just wondered if anyone has any ideas of the problem. All the wires are attached and look good. Many thanks.
