Giant Dirt E +2 display problem

Hi bikers!
I have a Giant Dirt E +2, and i made yesterday one update on my bike with ride control app.
The update was succesful, but after the bike does not turn ON.
Exactly is turn on when im holding the power on button, but after 2 sec. is turn OFF

I think you might have to contact a dealer. Not sure if the app is compatible with all controllers. Is the bike a 2018?
