First 20 miler today, cold but felt good , it's been a long journey back from injury.
Back in September of 22 I took delivery of my Thok TK01 RR following the sale of a TREK superfly 9.6 carbon.
Unfortunately I almost immediately suffered an injury and for the last 18 months the Thok has been in the garage.
To easy myself back, I picked up a cheap ADO A20F E bike, today was the second run, 10 miles in the week, 20 today and no problems, I am going to build up slowly, 10 midweek, 20 next weekend but it was good to be out.
