I have one on there for last 200 miles, I'm happy with it, no harsh bottom outs even with big drops and accidental over clears on large jumps, It's much nicer than the Vivid Air that came on it imo. I'm 64kg/145lbs and run 490 spring with about 25% sag, middle settings on the damper, -1 HBO. It feels supportive without being harsh, my feet never complain on this setup after long days of enduro style and jumps.View attachment 172172View attachment 172173

I have one fit. I’m 95kg on a 600lbs spring and it feels good. That is a LOT of spring at your weight!
Bigger guys are going to struggle to get a heavy enough spring to achieve the correct ride height on the E-Druid.
There's definitely a Dreadnought comingLocal’s rumours are also saying that EDread is also on the way, + all bikes will have the updated Avinox.
What do they come with standard? While we are talking shocks how many reducers are you guys settling on for the vivid air. I am up to 3 at just under 30% sag and that feels like it's starting to hit the sweet spot although I haven't been using all the travel even on the hardest hits and biggest drops. That has surprised me. Although I guess it's possible the o ring is slipping down before I check but I don't think that's the case
Anyone fitted slightly longer cracks to their Druid? I’m looking around at what’s available on the market for the Avinox motor and there aren’t that many that come in 150mm. I had a set of Hope 155mm on my Whyte Bosch power bike and liked them. Seen the Pinnd cranks and these are either 145mm(!) or 155mm. I really like the Cane Creek Wings but these are 160mm, but significantly less overhang.
Thoughts and feedback on the crank length and how it effects the ride and pedal strikes etc?
It’s definitely coming.Local’s rumours are also saying that EDread is also on the way, + all bikes will have the updated Avinox.
Telum is awesome. Have one on my Decoy.Nothing like Black Friday deals and winter finally arriving to get the rig a bit dialed in this winter. Took advantage of the 20% Black Friday deal on Nobl TR37 w/ Hope E hub wheelset and also pulled the trigger on the Vorsprung Telum coil shock. No deal on the shock unfortunately but super excited for a mid winter desert trip
Wow, I do that every time I clean the bike… which is after every ride currently due to winter conditions in the UK.It’s definitely coming.
I received an email today from Forbidden warning about rotating the motor (chainring) in reverse, something you might do when oiling the chain. They are claiming it can damage the Avinox motor.
In what way? Currently I’m quite happy on the 150mm, surprised how quickly I got used to them but some people say they feel unnatural when in lower power settings.I have the 155mm and prefer that over the stock 150mm.![]()

It's sort of a soft limitation, the further past the official number you go, you are running into the extra cable length for the charging port, and it starts to get much more difficult to get the motor on with no where to stuff the excess cables.Does anyone ride an S4 model and uses a 250mm dropper? Whats the deepest insertion possible for that dropper? I know the official stats, just trying to find out if it really fits my leg length.
Hope it matches your expectations after the long weight?Well, finally the call I was waiting for, for what felt like an eternity. The bike was released from customs and I picked up my box. I spent all night and part of this early morning swapping components.
And here is it…

That sounds sufficient I think. I am not exactly sure how much insertion I need. But it should be 10mm more than what it officially mentioned. Thanks! It's sort of a soft limitation, the further past the official number you go, you are running into the extra cable length for the charging port, and it starts to get much more difficult to get the motor on with no where to stuff the excess cables.
I have an S2, and officially it's 275mm insertion and I was able to fit about 290mm without too much issues with the cables, you might get maybe 325-330mm with the S4.
Hope it matches your expectations after the long weight?
Love to hear feedback on the Reserve wheels and Podium? I keep considering the wheels mysel
I can feel my wallet getting lighterBeen using Reserves since 2019. What ca I say: reliable. Vertically compliant but laterally stiff. Once the spokes settle you can have years on maintenance free rims. That is, for me, one of the main advantages of carbon wheels: they are true o broken. Never broke a pair though.
And the Podium, as I said before: is a noise canceling fork. The noise been the obstacle. 0 issues so far after 3 months of use. Go for it if (both)you are considering.

Damn.. I do this too. What can actually be damaged and why isn’t that more of a prominent note?? Any Amflow guys around to chime in?It’s definitely coming.

Will love a report on the telum on this bike! I have on in a cart (also an intend fork), but haven’t pulled the trigger yetNothing like Black Friday deals and winter finally arriving to get the rig a bit dialed in this winter. I’m not totally sure, the email only said that it could lead to damaging the motor and battery. I wonder if it causes some kind of reverse charge into the system.Damn.. I do this too. What can actually be damaged and why isn’t that more of a prominent note?? Any Amflow guys around to chime in?
Yeah you'll be absolutely OK in thag caseIf you have the time, would love to know.. But if you get Oneup v3 all the way down to the collar thats around 340mm of insertion depth.. in your picture it seems around 10mm are missing.. I would need around 312mm to make it fit. So I guess I am fine![]()
Are those Hope brakes and Intend fork?
Yeah. Intend fork, damper and the Hope Evo gr4 brakes. Brakes feel different than the tech4 v4s. The deadstroke is smaller,.which is good. But i dont like the new levers. Ordered the power levers, which are somewhat like the old standard tech4 ones. longer and pretty straight. The new standard evo levers are formed with a bigger groove. Are those Hope brakes and Intend fork?
