Hello!

I`ve recently obtained this Fantom bike, it was running fine short untill i decided to put in on charge. After pluging charger, display turned on, put some message and shut off. I didn`t see exact readings. After it show no signs of life, no matter how long it remained with charger plugged. I could press control button on battery and it shows a full LED bar, but that`s all.
As I have experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment, I decided to open motor up and find what happend. When I press power button, P-FET opens and power axuilary circuits and voltage regulators IC100 and IC110 starts and gives 12V and 5V respectively. Voltages remains as long as I holds power btn. 3.3 voltage also appears on CPU1. There is other voltage reg IC150 which doesn`t start but rather be enabled externally, based on layout comparison (I couldn`t identify it part no).
Here comes most interesting. MCU is probably fine, as it has some data exchange on CN2 connector, heading to motor ans shaft encoders. No other signals on other connectors. Encoders connectors appeared to have the same shape and pinout, but shaft encoder pins shows meaningful data and clock signals, while both motor data signals remain low. Its 5V supply is restarted (by MCU I believe) every 1.6 seconds. Signals on shaft encoder looks like SPI protocol, hadn`t hook logic analyzer yet.
As encoder connectors seemed to have exact pinout I`ve tried to swap them and - data exchange remained on shaft encoder. So, both interfaces on MCU should be fine. Does it mean motor encoder should be replaced? It is a hard task, as pull out stator without damage might be impossible. It have no service holes or screws for pressing out. Still, this is only my hypotesis about actual defect. And is it possible to obtain encoder board replacement?
