If I was riding trails like that, I think I'd have to buy a gravel bike (I'd be 1000* slower though). I think I'd die of boredom riding that on an MTB. Surely it's just a foot path/access trail ??

I do free weights routines using dumbbells and kettlebells. Helps with shoulder and back muscles. Hill work with a road bike is also good exercise for the torso and lower back. On pavement the traction is better and I can bike up much steeper grades and use taller gearing than I can on dirt trails.
