Hey all, picked up a new 2020 E160 8000 2 days ago and took it out for a 40km run yesterday. Whilst out the display went off when riding and back on again. Today I was 20km in to a ride and WO11 came up and won't clear. Bike is new and only has 50Km on it from me! Any ideas would be great!

E8000 user and dealer manuals are both readily available on line.

If magnet and sensor is secure and the gap is correct then check the connection and continuity of the sensor cable to the motor under the plastic LHS cover. That covers everything that will cause W011 code.

Report this to the dealer just in case it becomes a regular problem.
For sure make a note of date and mileage and report it when you take the bike in for its free six-week check!

If you are close to your dealer I'd take it back and let them fix it. This is a proper pain when you don't live close by!

Did you find a resolution to this in the end?
