Hello everyone, I'm new here and come from Germany. I ordered the Amflow in April and the bike arrived on May 14th. On the first day I really enjoyed the bike and had a lot of fun with it, but on the second day I was unfortunately disappointed. I couldn't ride it any further because the following error message appeared on the display: Motor error 0x2701007a and battery not official 0x27030021. I wasn't worried at first and hoped that it was a minor fault that would be fixed quickly. A day later I took it to my authorized dealer who still hasn't been able to fix the problem. Unfortunately I doubt the workshop's skills because they never say exactly how they go about repairing it. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to repair it myself because of the warranty and contract and have to rely on the workshop. The current status is that they have received parts from Amflow Service to replace so that they can identify the defective component by replacing it completely. To date, no success. All components have been replaced except the motor, which will be replaced tomorrow in the hope that's where the fault is. Has anyone had the same problem before, has experience with it, and can help me? I repeat, unfortunately, I don't trust the workshop and am trying to continue enjoying my bike as quickly and as problem-free as possible.
