E-TUBE Project Assist

Hi, before I install something like STUnlocker, can anyone help me fix a problem I'm having with E-Tube Project? It connects OK, sees my bike and on the 'Customize' page I can go into each of the options (Drive Unit, Switch, Display & Other) except for 'Assist'. If I select this option, the app thinks about it for a second and drops me back to my iPhone home screen. I've deleted and reloaded the app, deleted and reloaded the bike and the problem persists. Any clues?

Strangest thing, it just started working. I can only think it objected to me using another app to change the assist levels prior to me revisiting E-BIKE Project. I set the levels to the 'Explorer' set with STUnlocker, then went back to the E-TUBE PROJECT and found that the 'Assist' option now loaded.
