E Tube app keeps crashing

Hi guys,

Just received my Canyon Spectral ON and wanted to connect it with the smartphone app(iOS). When the app asks me to change the pass key and I try too the app just shuts down...

Tried installing the app on the ipad but having the exact same issue there

Anyone who knows of a solution?

Hi, I have never changed the password, just clicked the X to ignore it & I have never had a problem with the app*
* I never move my phone more than a few inches from the bike whilst it is connected though.

This got me one step further, app doesn’t crash anymore but now I get the following issue :

When I hit e-mtb I get the following:

Starting to annoy me

Ridiculous that their own hardware isn’t supported... unplugging the e7000 controller did the trick for me.
